In
the morning of May 1st, 2017 10:00 a.m., jointly organized by China Art
Research Institute, Shaanxi Province the landscape painting Research
Association, Shanxi Province Wang Chuan Painting Academy, “Nianhua - return
home of the works exhibition of Chen Shouxiang, Li Hongzhao, Zhao Tingren, Shen
Meihua teachers and students” was grandly opened in Xi'an Museum of Art. The
exhibition showed the works of five artists more than 150 pieces.

In
this exhibition, the theme of "Nian Hua", this accords with the
meaning of the participating artists’ works. When the Buddha picked up a flower
with smile, "one flower one world, a leaf one Boddi”, no pure heart, how
to comprehend the whole world from the flowers? Besides how to reach the
floating dust, to achieve the realm of two things I forgot? so-called "Zen",
that is, the process of tasting the way of life. The painter's form and color
and appearance, filled with Zen meaning, put brush down into it.

A symposium on the
inheritance, freehand, worldwide and cultural nature of Chinese painting
After
the opening ceremony, by the deputy director of the Institute of art of East
China Normal University, doctoral tutor Professor Gu Ping chaired the seminar,
meeting on the inheritance, Chinese freehand brushwork, worldwide and cultural

warm atmosphere.
